through today science,
i am still very confuse..
here are the Questions i would like to ask and verify it ><
1. From what group 6 wrote on their poster, they said that when plants RESPIRE, they uses all the cell, so does this mean that plant uses chlorophyll to respire? If yes, why is this so? What is the use of Chlorophyll during RESPIRATION?
Group 6 also said that when plant PHOTOSYNTHESIS, they said that plants uses only the chlorophyll cell. Is this so? i thought other cells also help in the photosynthesis? like the stomata, root cell and so on..
2. From what group 7 said, PHOTOSYNTHESIS is the process by which plants, some bacteria, and some protistans use the energy from sunlight to produce sugar, which cellular respiration converts into ATP, the "fuel" used by all living things.
So, What do they mean? What is protistans? what is ATP and ADP?
They said that " Some bacteria, and some protistans use the energy from sunlight to produce sugar, which cellular respiration converts into ATP, the "fuel" used by living things" So does it mean that some bacteria have chlorophyll which allows them to photosynthesize and use the energy from sunlight to produce sugar?

Here are the things i had learnt (:
1. I learnt that the conversion of unusable sunlight energy into usable chemical energy, is associated with the actions of the green pigment chlorophyll. Most of the time, the photosynthetic process uses water and releases the oxygen that we absolutely must have to stay alive.

the Questions and learning point will continue next time (:
